Math 1510 and 1512 - Embrace the Pain!

So, here we go. Math has never been "easy" for me. I have always struggled with concepts and thinking the problems through logically. I was intrigued by our first "assignment" watching both sides of the "new math" debate, and I am relieved and slightly horrified to find I am not the only one who really is not proficient in basic math. I am also concerned that my lack of math prowess will affect my ability to be a good math teacher.  I am going to approach this with determination and humor. I know I will eventually "Get It", and like everything in life, if I can enjoy it along the way, so much the better. Thanks for taking time to read my blog.
